During my recent work-related stay at Quality Inn in Marshall, MI, I encountered both strengths and challenges. The hotel provides essential business amenities such as a 24-hour front desk and a business center, which I appreciated after a late arrival from my conference preparation in Rome. Unfortunately, an unexpected power outage left me without crucial resources like internet access and hot water on the day of my presentation at Albion College. I did enjoy the option of gluten-free bagels at breakfast, and the staff remained friendly and accommodating despite the circumstances. While the beds were comfortable, the limited TV channel selection and smaller screen were less than ideal for unwinding after a long day of business activities. In essence, while Quality Inn has potential for business travelers, it's essential to ensure all services run smoothly for an optimal experience. I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.
